Automatically on the day of the month that you signed up. Need to change your card? Simply login at the top of the screen where it says “client login.”
Yes! We love dogs. With that said, if your dog is aggressive, please keep your pup inside during the time of service.
Yes! If you’re not completely satisfied, we will come back and re-scoop!
After signing up, we will contact you to let you know what day is your service day(s). If you have any conflicts with the scheduled day, no worries! We will work with you to find an alternative.
In terms of timing, we will send you a text about an hour before we arrive to give you a general idea of when to expect us.
If there is extreme weather that warrants we reschedule, we will be sure to let you know.
Most dog owners request 1-2 days per week, however, if you’re looking for more, contact us and we’ll accommodate!
You will recognize us by our reflective vests. If we’re not wearing a reflective vest, it’s not us!
Nope! If your yard is accessible via a side gate and you provide any necessary instructions for opening, we are all set.
